Ask when we quote a new system. The options come with the estimate, side by side with the cash price, so you can decide at the kitchen table rather than on the phone. Subject to approval.

Tax-credit paperwork
Federal efficiency credits apply to qualifying high-efficiency equipment, and the tiers change from year to year. We tell you which of the options we quote qualifies as the rules stand when you buy, and give you the model and efficiency paperwork to claim it. Check the amount with your tax preparer.
How the visit price works. Repairs start with a $45 diagnostic visit. You hear the fault, see the reading that proves it, and get a written repair price before any work starts. Estimates for new equipment and second opinions are free. Maintenance plan savings depend on the plan and the work done in the year.
